RESERVATION POLICIES:

School Holidays & Public Holidays will attract surcharge. A credit card is required to secure your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At least 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations of this room offer. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in time, no refund is available.

Public Holidays, Christmas and Easter at least 7 days notice is required for cancellations. If a cancellation is received within 7 days of check in time, no refund is available.

CHECK-IN:

2pm onwards - early check-in available upon prior arrangement with management.

check-out:

10:00 am

Reception

24 hour reception is available as required.

Normal Reception hours Monday - Sunday 7:30am - 9:00pm.

Lost Property

Items left behind will be kept for no longer than 60 days after which they will be disposed of or sent to a charitable organisation.
